A PROCLAMATION.
Whereas I have received information from Lewis Valentine Fraser Esquire, Commanding
Officer of His Majesty's Sixtieth Regiment of Foot doing duty at Charles Town in South
Carolina that the following persons being soldiers duly inlisted have deserted from His
Majesty's Service and are supposed to be come into this Province [Georgia]:
