From the will of Hannah Keene Bushrod, we find that her husband Dr.  John Bushrod is buried at Bushfield, along with her third husband, Dr. John Cooper.

Hannah writes that "I desire my son Richard Bushrod to bury me between his father and Mr. Cooper and put pedestals to Thomas Bushrod's gravestone.”
