Peace in the County of Northumberland or of
Westmorland in Virginia Esqr" sets over to his
sister, Mary Brent of Peace, all his land, 768
acres, on W and SW side of the river of Oquio
and Potowmock and lying over against the
dwelling house of Peace, Also the land 1040
acres called "the rich land" N from Peace for "Fower
skore and nineteene years". This land may be
purchased from his son Giles Brent or his heirs
during his lifetime or after death. Dated 14 Apl
