Built in 1932 by Joseph Evans Sperry for Mr. and Mrs. Charles Edward Stuart, the last private owners of nearby Stratford Hall.  Panorama was erected on a portion of the land that was once part of the Original Land Grant.  The house overlooks Chandler's Mill Pond.

Complete with brick flooring, the kitchen, which resembles an 18^th century one, includes a reproduction of a cooking fireplace.
