HAPPY CLAM CHEESE CAKE
Specialty of the House!

 

3 8 oz. packages cream cheese
1
¾ cups sugar
 ½ cup flour
 1 tablespoon vanilla
 6 large eggs
 2 cups sour cream
 pinch salt

Beat cheese, sugar, flour, salt until smooth and creamy.  Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.  (Keep scraping batter from sides of bowl).  Stir in vanilla and sour cream.  Turn into waxpaper-lined 8" spring form pan.  Bake at 325 degrees 55 - 65 minutes until lightly browned.  Let cool and top with your favorite fruit topping.
