In Obedience to an Order of the Worshipfull Court of Westmorland Cty. bearing date April 1798 have Settled his Administrationship amount of  the Estate of Jacob Vigoar deceased, and find the said Estate Indebted to the said Pope L143:0:10 1/2 given under our hands this Second day of January 1799.
