I William Vigoar being in low state of health at this time although in my perfect senses and memory first  I leave my soul to God that gave it and all my worldly goods as follows.
 
Item.  I give to my wife Sarah Vigar all my estate within dores and without dores real and personal during her natural life, and after her life to be divided between my six sons.
 
Item.  I give to my daughter Frances one shilling sterling and no more and also I leave my wife Sarah to be my executor during her life and Mathew Bayne Junr. unto which I have set my hand and seal.

At a court held for Westmoreland County the 31st day of March 1767.
                    
This will was proved according to law by the oaths Matthew Bayn, and William Bayn and Elizabeth Bayn witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded, and on the motion of Sarah Vigoar and Matthew Bayn Junr the executors named in the said will who made oath according to law and together with Mathew Bayne Jnr’—their security entered into and acknowledged bond with condition as the law directs Certificate is granted them for obtaining a probate thereof in due form.
